Ensemble Passamano brings together three instrumentalists for an evening that moves between Argentine tango, classical composition and jazz improvisation. The program draws on Astor Piazzolla's rhythmic tangos, Heitor Villa-Lobos's varied melodic palette and Nikolai Kapustin's virtuosic jazz style. The trio shifts its combinations throughout the concert, letting different instrumental voices take the lead.
