Hey Freddy, we live here too. And if you haven’t heard about Hey Freddy, I’m here to tell you all about it. So basically, Hey Freddy is a hub for everything Fredericton, all in one place: events, things to do, local services, all of it. Honestly, we were just so tired of having to check a million different places to figure out what was going on, so we made the one thing that we wish we had. The whole idea is to bring everyone together in one place, because when we can see what’s going on, we can all show up for our local businesses and all the great events that are happening in our city. And this is exactly how we create a community. And you can ask Freddy anything, like what’s open, things to do, what’s happening this weekend, all of it. Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market

The Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market runs Saturday mornings year-round, drawing crowds with more than 200 stalls. The Grand Tour: Classic Country Hits

Senior hockey at the Grant-Harvey Centre. General admission is $14.50 plus a $0.36 fee on the team’s site, standing room; every BSHL game is also streamed live on AO Live.
Fall Festival of Colours

You'll hear local history and folklore along the way. Tours depart from the Guardhouse in Barracks Square and end at the Legislative Assembly Building. Bilingual guides offer the tour in both English and French.

Still Here: Preserving Our Legacy

Still Here brings together the stories of Black families whose presence in New Brunswick stretches back centuries. The exhibition weaves together historical documents, first-person accounts, original poetry by Thandiwe McCarthy, and photographs by Gary Weekes to explore themes of heritage, community, resilience, and identity across generations. An accompanying book of the same name, published by Goose Lane Editions, combines these elements into a single volume available through the Beaverbrook Boutique. The exhibition runs through December.
