Local pickup and delivery (free)

If you live in Fredericton, Oromocto, New Maryland or Hanwell, choose local pickup or delivery at checkout and pay nothing for it. After you order, reply to your confirmation email to tell us which you'd like, or we'll reach out within one business day to sort it.

• Pickup. Your order is ready within 48 hours. We'll email you the pickup address and instructions with your order confirmation — pickup hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, and you'll just need your order number.
• Delivery. Free to your door anywhere in the four communities above. We'll message you to confirm your address and a drop-off window.

Canada-wide shipping

Everywhere else in Canada, shipping is a flat $15, and free on orders of $200 or more. In-stock orders ship from Fredericton within 48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, a tracking number lands in your inbox.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, which is handled securely by Stripe — your card details never touch Hey Freddy.

Something wrong with your delivery?
