Newfoundland-born Laurie Lynn has spent decades performing country music, but found her true calling paying homage to Dolly Parton. Growing up in a household where country music played constantly, she felt a deep kinship with Parton's work and life. After raising her family, Lynn returned to performing as a Dolly tribute artist, now touring across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. With a vibrato voice and stage presence that audiences have long compared to Parton herself, Lynn brings an energetic performance to the Playhouse. Smokey Mountain Songbird captures the spirit of the country legend through song and storytelling.
