Five musicians from Scandinavia, VÍÍK draws from medieval ballads to indie rock, shifting between playful and passionate in a single set. Their 2024 debut album SAGT reached the top 10 of the European World Music Charts and earned the band 10 Danish Music Award nominations across five years, including nods for Artist of the Year and Live Act of the Year. Following performances at Folk Music Ontario and Mundial Montréal, they're stopping at the Fredericton Playhouse.
