Somewhere between a Viking museum and a comedy club, two elegantly dressed Estonians are doing something that shouldn't work — but it absolutely does. Puuluup is Ramo Teder and Marko Veisson: two Estonians who play an ancient Nordic bowed lyre called the talharpa. When they start running it through effects pedals and loopers... the party starts.
